About Michael Sherlock

I used to think that the best professionals were the ones that kept work at the office and their personal life at home. Now I know that trying to separate them causes a whole different set of problems. 

To be the best version of ourselves, we must find methods for blending both our personal and professional personas.

I have had a unique career, beginning with my first job at a jewelery store when I was 16 where I began as a gift wrapper and one month later was on the sales floor. I have led teams as many as 500 people at a time, have had lots of successes and many, many mistakes. 

But through it all, I knew that leading from my heart was always the right decision.

Since 2017 I have been a professional speaker and corporate trainer as well as a published author. 2025 brings a whole new adventure with the launch of Heart Guided Leadership. 

I work with professionals across the globe who want to achieve greatness for themselves and for others while having a positive impact on the world.
