What is Heart-Guided Leadership?

Heart Guided-Leadership is a transformative program designed to empower us to lead with empathy, authenticity, and deep connection. We focus on cultivating inner awareness, emotional intelligence, and resonance with others to inspire trust, foster collaboration, and build meaningful relationships.

Through reflective practices, mindfulness techniques, and interpersonal skills development, we learn to align our professional selves with our core values, enabling us to create positive, impactful change.

By tuning into our own and others' emotions, we learn to guide with clarity, compassion, and a strong sense of purpose.

How do I begin?

Each Monday a new guided reflection meditation is sent to community members via email. You will have access to quarterly live audio reflections and a library of previous sessions as well as other leadership and sales trainings for Heart Guided Professionals. Coming in 2026, join us for a truly magical in-person experience!

My Philosophy

I used to think that the best professionals were the ones that kept work at the office and their personal life at home. Now I know that trying to separate them causes a whole different set of problems. To be the best version of ourselves, we must find methods for being both personal and professional.

My Experience

I have had a unique career, beginning with my first job at a jewlery store when I was 16 where I began as a gift wrapper and one month later was on the sales floor. I have led teams as many as 500 people at a time, have had lots of successes and many, many mistakes. But through it all, I knew that leading from my heart was always the right decision.

What I Do

Since 2017 I have been a professional speaker and corporate trainer as well as a published author. 2025 brings a whole new adventure with the launch of Heart Guided Leadership.

I work with professionals at all levels across the globe who want to achieve greatness for themselves and for others while having a positive impact on the world.

Through my weekly guided audio reflection meditations, I support these leaders in their journies of self-exploration and encourage them to operate from the heart in ways that support them, their colleagues and employees, their businesses, and their communities.
